Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz are moving to a multi-million-dollar mansion on the beach.
The superstar couple has thrown down $20.8 million on a contemporary seaside mansion in La Jolla, Calif., located 20 minutes northwest of San Diego.
According to Variety, the architectural stunner, known as the Razor House, was listed for sale at $30 million and finally sold after a significant price reduction. It is the highest sale for a La Jolla home within the last three years and may even be the town’s second-biggest residential transaction ever.

Built in 2007 and designed by noted architect Wallace E. Cunningham, the Iron Man house-inspired property clings to the edge of a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with floor to ceiling walls of glass. The multi-level main structure spans 10,653 square feet, and boasts a home theater, gym, library, all-glass elevator, and custom designer kitchen. There is also an infinity pool and concrete terraces with panoramic views of the ocean, plus a guesthouse with additional living space.
Alicia and Swizz will have notable neighbors including billionaire Ron Burkle, Walmart heiress Christy Walton, and Texas-based software entrepreneur Jeff Hawn.
In addition to their new La Jolla crib, the couple owns a 25,000 sq. ft. mansion in Englewood, New Jersey, which they purchased for $12.1 million in 2013 from Eddie Murphy.
