Slime Language is coming soon.
Young Thug has been teasing his new project by sending live snakes to media outlets and revealing the potential tracklisting. But it appears the mystery project is nearing a release.
Thugger went live on Instagram on Monday (Aug. 6), where he seemingly revealed that the project would drop this week. “Slime Language this motherf**kin’ week,” a voice says in the clip, which was shared on social media.

As Complex points out, Thug’s engineer Alex Tumay also teased that it was coming “soon” by posting a photo of a python eating a pigeon.

Along with the live snakes, Thugger sent a black booklet listing the names of different artists like Lil Uzi Vert, Jacquees, Gunna, Tracy T, Lil Duke, and Dolly in quotation marks. The names could be track titles like Thug’s 2016 mixtape Jeffery.
Thug has become known for his surprise releases. His April EP Hear No Evil and joint project with Future, Super Slimey, both dropped without much warning.
