Macklemore and his wife Tricia are celebrating another “Glorious” occasion. Last month, the couple welcomed their second child, a baby girl.
During a trip to Dublin, the Seattle rapper shared the joyful news. “I haven’t said this publicly,” he told Spin 1038. “Cue the airhorn. I spent [St. Patrick’s Day] in the hospital with my brand new daughter, who was born right before St. Patrick’s Day.”
Mack and Tricia also have a 2-year-old daughter Sloane, who inspired her father and Ryan Lewis’ song “Growing Up.”
“I just want to be a good dad,” he rapped on the song. “Will I be? I have no idea.”
In September, Macklemore spoke with “ET” about the baby news. “[Sloane] really wants a sister,” he said. “If we have a girl, I think she’s going to be pumped. If we have a boy, we’ll see.”
Last year, Macklemore released his sophomore solo album Gemini featuring Lil Yachty, Offset, and Kesha.
