King Combs is teaming up with Chris Brown on his new single “I’ll Love You Better.”
The 19-year-old rapper’s father, Diddy, took to social media to preview the collaboration. With Mary J. Blige dancing beside him, the proud papa played the song for his followers. “My son’s new single,” said Puff. “It’s called ‘I’ll Love You Better.'”
“Tell me how to make things right / I just need you in my life,” Breezy sings over a familiar sample of Schoolly D’s 1985 classic “P.S.K. What Does It Mean?” The track has been sampled on several songs, including Case’s “Touch Me Tease Me” and The Notorious B.I.G.’s “B.I.G. Interlude.”
This is yet another big move for Christian “King” Combs, who’s been making waves in fashion and music. The new face of Dolce & Gabbana remixed The Weeknd’s “Starboy” and Eric B. & Rakim’s “Paid in Full.” Just last month, he dropped his Smooky MarGielaa-assisted single “Feeling Savage,” and is readying his debut album for release this year.
As for Breezy, he recently linked up with Remy Ma on “Melanin Magic (Pretty Brown)” and hit the studio with Scott Storch and Jacquees.
