A big part of the promotion of Lil Wayne’s prison memoir Gone ‘Till November has been an excerpt in which Wayne writes about the time Drake visited him in jail and admitted to sleeping with one Weezy’s chicks.
The book dropped this week, and during his press rounds Wayne was asked about Drake making him his Eskimo bro over and over.
During an interview with HipHollywood, Wayne joked that he didn’t even remember the incident he wrote about. He finally admitted it happened, and addressed it.
“Oh, I wasn’t worried about that. That’s just how life go when you locked up,” he said.
He wouldn’t reveal the name of the girl who two-timed him, but he explained she was just a side-chick anyway.
“She still be texting me and stuff,” he added. “Stop texting me too, for real.”
