A dash cam caught a tragic shooting on camera. Police chase a car down until they finally reached a dead end stop. As seen on video, the cop got out of the car and moved to the passenger side of the runaway car.
In literally seconds, the cop starts to shoot the man, who we learn is elderly. We then see other officers arrive banging on the door, finally getting the man out. Crazy!
