Tragic. Truly upsetting all these kids from Chicago are just dieing trying to make it out. Twenty-three year old Damond Dawson is the latest victim of what police are believing to be a gang-related shooting. Full story after the jump.
Early yesterday morning while shooting a music video for the track ‘Two Techs and a 50 Shot’, artist Damond Dawson, who was known as “Thugga”, was shot in the back of the head and pronounced dead on the scene. Apparently, film was rolling during the shooting and authorities are looking into it as evidence.
He was in a group recording a party scene in the South Side of Chicago park at 2 AM, when two unknown assailants opened fire. A 19 year-old girl is also in critical condition, with four others being hospitalized for bullet wounds.
