As you may know Nelly was arrested last spring when cops found drugs on his tour bus but it looks like the rapper just got off on some major drug charges in court on Friday. If he keeps a clean slate he is one step closer to clearing his name of any felonies. Read more after the jump!

Although the rapper denied having drugs and guns he pled guilty to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in a Tennessee court today. TMZ states that his lawyer argued his clean record qualified him for a pretrial diversion, and the judge agreed. If Nelly stays out of trouble for a year, the charges will be wiped away from his record. What do you guys think? Comment below.
