Last week, we reported that Bobby Shmurda‘s “bulletproof” bail application had been denied a sixth time, but apparently, that wasn’t the entire story! Bossip reveals that a judge didn’t actually have the chance to deny it, as Bobby‘s lawyer requested that the bail application be retracted. The reason is not known, as it was off the record and not available in the court documents.
“Yes your honor, we are not moving forward with the surety hearing at this time,” Bobby‘s lawyer, Alex Spiro, is quoted as telling the judge. In the meantime, the judge changed his bail conditions, and he can now only use cash or a surety bond to go free.
