FKA Twigs’ performance is one for the books! Last night (November 4), Twigs sang her single, “Two Weeks,” from her debut studio album “LP1, with beautiful fabric choreography. The fabric, which is known as “air sculptures,” was designed by Daniel Wurtzel. The soft air sculptures trailed in the air behind her as mesmerizing light added to the mystical feel.
Twigs is a professional dancer, and if you were wondering, she is currently dating Robert Pattinson. Yes, the guy from “Twilight.”

(Photo) Prisoner Tied To Al- Qaeda Released From Guantanamo Bay!!
Fawzi al-Odah was released from Guantanamo Bay Facility where he has been held for the past 12 years. Fawzi is said to have ties to the terrorist group Al- Qaeda.
The Pentagon released a statement on Tuesday that said Fawzi al-Odah will be released to the Kuwaiti government. Although its unclear how the prisoner will be received by the Kuwaiti government and if hell be released. Fawzi said he had moved to Afghanistan in 2001 to teach the Quran and Muslim in schools. The US government would like to think differently and claim he went to Afganistan to join al-Qaeda and fight against the Northern Alliance. Reports indicate when Federal prosecuters had interviwed Fawzi al-Odah he could not recall any of the schools, teachers or students he came in contact with during his teaching. Oddly Fawzis Father had fought for the Us during the Gulf War and claims his sons innocence.

(Photo) Couple In Pakistan Burned Alive!!
Shahzad Masih 26, and wife Shamba Bibi 24 were attacked by co workers who claim they burned verses of the Holy Quran. The two worked in a industrial brick factory where this tragedy took place.
Christian couple Shahzad Masih and Shamba Bibi were subject to mob violence Tuesday after the two were accused of burning the Quran. In Islamic faith this is a crime punishable by death although its reported that the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRPC) have asked the sate to repeal the law. They continue to say this this law is only subject to create violence and murder which sadly was the case. The couple left behind three children and reports claim that Shamba Bibi was pregnant. CNN reports that the couple was taken from their home, beaten and taken to a brick factory where they were thrown into a kiln, when police arrived at the brick factory and demanded the couple be handed over the mob refused and proceeded to beat the police. Our prayers definitely go out to the family of the fallen.

NBA: Mavericks Star Chandler Parsons Says He “Doesn’t Worry” About His Rockets Replacement Trevor Ariza
When Parsons left the Rockets during the off season, there were many subtle shots fired between James Harden, Dwight Howard, and even involved Chandler’s brother at one point. In a recent interview, Parsons made some interesting comments to suggest that he could truly care less about who the Rockets replaced him with. Hit the jump for details.

Eventually all parties gave up the ghost though things might get stirred up yet again with a recent comment from Chandler Parsons who says he doesn’t keep up on his replacement in Houston, Trevor Ariza.
“I don’t pay any attention to him,” Parsons stated. “Listen, many people replace many people every year in this league. He’s a good, proven player in this league. He’s supposed to play good for them.”
Chandler Parsons also went on to say that he’s happy for the Houston Rockets who’ve started out the season at a sizzling 5-0.
“I’m still a fan of those guys,” Parsons said. “Obviously, I want us to do better. When we play them, I want to beat them. But those are still my friends, and I’m still pulling for coach [Kevin] McHale. I definitely still keep an eye on what they’re doing.”
Apparently he doesn’t keep an eye on what Trevor Ariza is doing though.
There has always been a bit of bad blood between the two franchises but now with the Chandler Parsons situation continuing to brew, it seems as if the Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets are emerging as one of the best rivalries in the NBA.

MLB: A-Rod Reveals Interesting Technique On Beating MLB Drug Test!

In total, the report said, Bosch injected Rodriguez with the “vitamin cocktails” five to 10 times.
Rodriguez also described how Bosch gave the ballplayer “tips on how to beat MLB’s drug testing,” according to the DEA report.
The secret? According to Rodriguez, “Bosch advised him to only use mid-stream urine for MLB drug testing. Bosch told Rodriguez not to use the beginning or the end urine stream.”
It worked. A test he took while using the drugs came up negative.

Voters in Alaska, Oregon and Washington D.C took to the polls and are now in the process of bringing more pro marijuana laws to their state. There are some restrictions, but marijuana supporters are calling this a victory.
America has been in a sticky situation with marijuana laws for a long time. Of recently Uncle Sam has seemed to take a step back and see what decriminalization and some legalization can do. Alaska, Oregon and Washington D.C. had votes that would see some form of legalization. In All three states it is now Ok for users over the age of 21 to have personal possession, From their it varies. Oregon now legalizes the sale and manufacturing of marijuana for users over 21, and will also now create a commercial regulatory system for the distribution and sale of marijuana. Alaska will now tax and regulate the production and sale for users over 21. While D.C now legalizes possession of up to two ounces for users over the age of 21 and also allowing up to six cannabis plants in one resident at a time. It wasn’t all smiles however, Florida voters turned down a vote to legalize medical marijuana. Because the appeal went against Florida’s constitution they needed 60% of voters to pass the law but a close 57% voted for it which meant the law was a no go. Because of this victory pro marijuana activists are looking forward to 2016 where states such as California, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada and Arizona can put their takes on the new laws.

Arnold Abbott, a 90 year old man who proudly claims to be a man of God is currently facing charges for feeding the homeless. Abbott was arrested along with two pastors In Ft. Lauderdale in violation of a new law which bans “public food sharing”.
Leave it up to Florida to ban meals for the homeless. Arnold Abbott is a man of God who simply is trying to help people in need. Abbott has been helping feed the homeless in Ft.Lauderdale since 1991 with his nonprofit group “Love Thy Neighbor” and says authorities are targeting the city’s most vulnerable residents. This new law that the city is enforcing forbids “public food sharing”. Abbot stated ” The whole thing was designed to rid Ft.Lauderdale of its homless”. Surprisingly this is not the first time Arnold Abbott has dealt with the authorities when helping the homless. CNN reports in 1999 Abbot sued the city for banning him to serve meals to the homeles on the beach, a case in which he won! Abbot went on to say the charges wont stop him from doing it again. Hopefully people will rally around Abbott and help him continue to fight the good fight. Its sad to see what the world has turned into, when helping others is considered a crime. Chris Brown has never been one to hold his tongue on saying what he feels, and we saw that firsthand on Monday when he ripped the ladies of daytime talk show ‘The Real’ to shreds after they discussed his relationship with Karrueche Tran in a negative light. Following responses from one of his targets (Tamar Braxton,) a passive-aggressive response from Adrienne Bailon (she simply liked a bunch of Rihanna’s pics) and a statement from Karrueche, Chris took the time to reflect on it all, and come back the next day with a new statement. (Photos) Migos Cover The FADER…And Wish Drake DIDN’T Jump On “Versace”?!
Coinciding with the release of their new mixtape Rich N*gga Timeline today, The FADER announced that the Migos trio will cover their December/January issue, on newsstands December 9. With photos released online along with a preview of the interview, I came across quite the interesting tidbit said by Pierre “Pee” Thomas, co-founder of Quality Control Music (which I guess is their crew/label?)
“It was a gift and a curse,” Pee said of Drake jumping on and consequently blowing up their breakout single, ‘Versace.’ “Sometimes I really wish he had never jumped on it…it was gonna blow without him.”
Interesting…and most certainly overly-confident…but I do get it. They had to constantly stand in Drake’s shadow for quite some time following the record, and a lot of their success was attributed to him “discovering” their song, rather than simply their talent. Still, I probably wouldn’t have said that. What do you guys think?
