A Connecticut man was arrested for using a bogus talent agency to extort money and sex from wannabe models. 24 year old Anand Amin duped models into thinking he was scouting for “Gucci Top Modeling”, a fake company set up out of his home in Rocky Hill. To read more, click below.
Amin promised women paid gigs, in exchange for an agency fee and a mandatory semi nude photo shoot. Instead of using the pictures for work, he used them to blackmail more money out of the victims or even pressure the women into performing sexual acts. Amin was charged with larceny and criminal attempt to commit larceny.
