Yesterday afternoon, birthday girl Blue Ivy went to lunch at Joey’s restaurant in Miami with momma Bey and daddy Hov. Bluebey was looking more adorable than ever, while Beyonce was rocking a shirt baring the word she’s made everyone’s fav for 2014: SURFBOARD.
