Honey Boo Boo and her family were involved in a pretty major car crash last night. While turning left upon a light having just changed to green, they were hit by an allegedly speeding truck that tried to catch the light before it turned red.
The reality family was taken to a local hospital and report that Honey Boo Boo has a headache, Mama June has back injuries, Pumpkin has severe chest bruises and is having panic attacks and Sugar Bear has a contusion on his back. No word on Jessica, who was also in the car. Prayers for a speedy recovery!
