This is so sweet and so heartbreaking at the same time. Massachusetts native RayQuan Regeau has stage 4 cancer (Rhabdomyosarcoma), and T.I. made Ray’s dream come true of hanging with his favorite rapper, thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. RayQuan got to hang with Tip and dine at STK, then later accompanied him to a show. Check out some pics from their night below!
