A woman named Makini Chaka sued Washington Redskins tight end Fred Davis for allegedly assaulting her in a nightclub in 2011. Chaka accused Davis of throwing a drink at her and striking her in the lip with a champagne bottle. She was awarded $19,761 for her injuries and emotional distress but apparently that wasn’t enough because she’s suing him again.
This time she’s suing Davis for defamation.
According to TMZ:
Chaka (who runs a company that procures celebrities for events) has filed a NEW lawsuit claiming Fred has been badmouthing her around town in the wake of her original lawsuit.
Chaka says Davis has started rumors that she actually runs a prostitution ring, calling her things like a “pimp, pimpette, and/or madam.”
Fred isn’t about to pony up extra cash though … he just filed a legal response, telling Chaka to buzz off.
He’s arguing she can’t sue him twice over the same incident … and he wants her second lawsuit dismissed, stat.
