Just a few minutes ago, J. Cole took to Twitter to reveal the release date for his highly anticipated sophomore album, Born Sinner. Fans have been waiting for a new project from Jermaine since he dropped his debut almost 2 years ago now! (It was September of 2011…) B.S. was originally slated to come out on January 28th of this year, but J revealed on New Year’s Eve that wasn’t happening. Now we have a new date, and hopefully this one sticks! However, there is one rapper that may be hoping it DOESN’T stick…Wale’s The Gift drops the very same day. That may be a fun, friendly competition though, and help drive both artists’ sales..a la the Kanye vs. 50 Cent album face-off in 2007. What do you think? Find out when to expect both albums below!
