Talks quited during the year about a Gears of War movie, but looks like the movie is back on according to Variety. Hollywood has a history of making bad gamer movies. This is a movie i hope they dont screw up.

Variety reports that “Creative Artists Agency is eager to meet with producers in the coming weeks and set up the project elsewhere.”
None of the aforementioned creative personnel remain attached to the big screen version of the Epic Games title, but that the most recent GoW draft by Stuart Beattie(Collateral, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides) is the script that “CAA is expected to turn to in its discussions.”
