ALL HAIL THE NEW GM OF WWE
The game is done ladies and gentlemen—we have a new general manager of WWE and his name is John Laurinaitis.
The good guys won and a new era is about to begin in the company. The time for wusses is over!
Now, The Miz is the one to have scored the pin over Zack Ryder and hand control of the universe to the red leader. This victory also makes the most must-see WWE Superstar 3-0 at WrestleMania. If that isn't cause for celebration, I don't know what is.
There shall finally be peace and justice in this company. John Laurinatis as the full GM will ensure things continue to develop and progress into the future.
Theodore Long's time has come and gone. For the last few years, the blue brand of Friday nights has become stale and uneventful. Johnny L. will finally be able to make some sense of all this mess.
You don't agree? Boo Hoo, we do not share or like your opinion. The right team won.
Rest assured, this is far from over. There will surely be another encounter between Long and Laurinaitis. Extreme Rules is looking more promising every minute.
Also, The Miz is definitely going to be rewarded for his efforts. A WWE or World championship match can be seen in his future, but when? A prediction right away: He pins either CM Punk or Sheamus to claim his second World title in the spring/summer of 2012.
Don't expect Santino to be U.S Champion for long either. David Otunga will be handed that title belt soon enough. It may not be what fans want, but it is the best way to get total heat all over the GM and his Harvard graduate ally.
On the "face" side of things, the world is about to be plunged into darkness. RAW and SmackDown are going to go through a major remodel in how day-to-day operations are to be executed. The Superstars will most likely live with some sort of fear as Johnny L. is hardly the most merciful person on the roster. People might actually get fired.
Coincidentally, the annual draft is taking place at the end of the month. Some Superstars and Divas should start worrying (Kayfabe) and get attuned to the new order of business. It is in everyone's best interest to be very friendly with members of the red team starting right now.
When looking from the outside in, one sole GM is better than two. Things get done that way as one strong person ruling is better than two limited characters. The rest of 2012 will prove to be very interesting. Monday nights will soon become must-see TV once again.
Speaking of which, what will be John Laurinatis' first command tomorrow night? Will there be major announcement?
The appropriately colored red carpet will rolled out for the absolute ruler of all WWE in just 24 hours. It will be a time to celebrate. His rule means a new chapter begins in company affairs. Excited or not, watching tomorrow's show is imperative for all true pro-wrestling fans.
John Laurinatis is the new GM of RAW and SmackDown—if you ain't down with that, we've got two words for ya...
Change channel.
