A 9/11 hero and disabled Iraqi war veteran tossed from the Times Square McDonald’s for entering with his service dog filed a $4 million federal lawsuit Friday.
“Get that f—–g dog out of here or I’ll call the cops and have you arrested,” the fast food manager allegedly hollered at Sgt. Charles Hernandez and his family. “Don’t try to educate me.”
The war vet, who uses the dog to help with post-traumatic stress, had taken his wife, three children and registered service dog, Valor, to get ice cream on their way to a Broadway show on Jan. 26.
Getting cursed, yelled at and tossed from the restaurant set has rekindled his post-traumatic stress, according to the suit.
A representative of the company that owns the McDonald’s did not return phone calls.
