So Sad: Boy Jumping On His Bed Falls Through Window to His Death

A 12-year-old Palmdale boy has died after falling through a first-story window while jumping on a bed with his sister. So sad and some reinforcement to that old song, “No More Monkeys Jumping on the Bed”! Details of this tragic accident after the jump.

KTLA - Davion Michael Key was playing with his sister around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday when he fell through the window, sheriff’s officials said.
Key, a student at Shadow Hills Middle School, was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
The boy was reportedly impaled by a shard of glass in the fall.
Authorities say it appears to have been a freak accident.
A 4-year-old boy died in a similar incident last month in Marina del Rey. That child fell through a third-story window from a bunk bed.
